These are what you might expect
to find in a good fish 'n chip shop. These crustaceans are native
to deep salt water environment. The specimens here, were caught
with many others in shrimp pots at the bottom of the Hood Canal near
Olympia Wash and I purchased them at the famous Pike Street Market
in Seattle. Single Matt
